The mission of Nevada Care Connection is to bring together caregivers, seniors, and advocates in a collaborative partnership to develop a solid foundation for comprehensive information and referral services.

Nevada Care Connection is a successful program, providing caregivers and seniors with needed resources they are unaware of.  This allows seniors to receive services that help them continue to live fulfilling and independent lives.  The Nevada Care Connection program has shown a positive impact on caregivers and seniors by allowing a coordinator to ensure that they are receiving the services and resources needed.
