Silver Springs Advisory Board

Council Purpose

Citizen Advisory Councils in Lyon County meet dual needs.  First they allow the County Commission to understand and respond to concerns of residents and communities, and secondly to increase public awareness and participation with issues affecting their community. 

Meetings

The Silver Springs Advisory Board meets the first Monday of every month at 7:00 pm at the Community Center located at 2475 Fort Churchill Road, Silver Springs, NV 89429.  

Citizen Advisory Council Handbook

The Board of Commissioners has adopted a Citizen Advisory Council Handbook.

Community Assessment
A community assessment was performed during 2010.
