Lyon County is pleased to introduce the Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) Program, a forward-looking financing tool that enables commercial property owners to implement energy efficiency, water conservation, renewable energy, and resiliency projects.

The C-PACE Program is designed to assist qualifying commercial, industrial, and multifamily property owners (with five or more units) in accessing long-term financing for the installation of eligible energy efficiency, water efficiency, renewable energy, and resiliency improvements. 

Participation in the C-PACE Program is open to property owners, developers, contractors, mortgage holders, capital providers, and others interested in advancing energy and resource efficiency in Lyon County.
