The Room Tax Board has a semi-annual funding cycle, which runs from January 1 through June 30 and from July 1 through December 31.

The meetings are held on the second Wednesday of December and the third Wednesday in June at 10:00 am unless otherwise scheduled. The next scheduled meeting for awarding grants is June 21, 2023.

The deadline for the grant application being received by the Comptroller's Office is June 2, 2023.
