In order to vote in a primary or general election, your registration must be received in either of the following ways:
1) A personal visit to our office no later than the third Tuesday before the election, or
2) In any other legal manner providing that the registration is received by our office or postmarked no later than the fifth Saturday before the election.
3) Visit the
Nevada Secretary of State website and update.
When you move, change your name or political party, notify our office as soon as possible so that we can mail you a new voter registration application. Nevada law requires your notification to contain your handwritten signature (either by letter or on your Voter Registration Application). Telephone notifications will not be accepted.
